Terms & Conditions 

Reservations

• Reservations require a signed charter agreement and deposit.

• Prices are quoted based on aircraft, crew, airport fees, fuel, and estimated flight time.

• Quotes are subject to change until booking is confirmed.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate identification and comply with TSA/FAA security requirements.

• Arrive at the agreed location at least 20–30 minutes prior to departure.

• Transport of hazardous or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.

Company Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to passengers who present safety/security risks.

• Cancel or reschedule flights due to weather, mechanical issues, or regulatory requirements.

Liability

• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or missed connections outside our control (e.g., weather, air traffic, regulatory actions).

• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the flight in question.

Insurance

• Edibis Jets maintains all required aviation insurance policies. Proof of coverage is available upon request. Clients are encouraged to maintain personal travel insurance for additional protection.

Service Agreement

This Agreement, together with the signed charter confirmation and any written addenda, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions or understandings.
